| Since 1956 Great Western Grinding has been known for the highest quality and most exacting standards. Our services as FAA Repair Station #G9WR809J
include close tolerance ID and OD grinding to within +/-.0001, quality control to MIL-I-45208A and AS9110C, tooling, precision CNC machining, prototyping
and special equipment manufacturing in-house. We also offer welding services, work with outside firms for FAA approved repairs, coordinate measurement equipment, laser CMM, and inspection services using a precision optical comparator, as well as material identification services using XRF and LIBS scanners. We also have full CAD services plus CNC machining and grinding capability.

and manufacturing for prime contractors. For information on FAA DER approved repairs to aid customers with
repairing hard to source components. Quality Control is to MIL-I-45208A and AS9110C systems.
Great Western Grinding is capable of machining, grinding and welding on aluminum, magnesium,
titanium, inconel, high-strength steel, stainless steel and all other aerospace alloys.
